To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions before confirming your reservation at Sea Nest Villa.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is required. It will be returned at check-out, subject to there being no damage to the property, missing items, or other losses.
Early Check-in & Late Check-out
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior confirmation from our team. Additional charges apply according to the extra hours requested.
Full Payment & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after full payment has been received. Access to the property will be provided only after full payment is received.
Government-Issued ID
Every guest must present a valid government-issued photo identification document at check-in. Check-in is subject to completion of the required guest verification.
Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the confirmed reservation may stay at the property. Outside guests are not permitted without prior approval. Additional charges apply for guests exceeding the confirmed guest count.
Additional Expenses & Services
Any additional services, meals, food preparation, transport, or other expenses not included in the confirmed booking price must be paid separately by the guest. Please confirm applicable charges with our team before requesting additional services.
